Mintirho Development Services (MDS) views Capacity Building as one of the important contributions to be made towards human and community development. This contribution is even more critical at a local and rural level where the environment is complex and dynamic thus demanding a variety of skills. At MDS, we believe that Capacity Building programmes should not only provide people with knowledge and skills but also prepare them for academic and career progression. In pursuit of this belief, the MDS undertakes to provide accredited training, non-accredited and management programmes tailored to meet our client`s requirements.
