FOUNDER AND MD
Patrick Maluleke is a founder and Managing Director of Mintirho Development Services.
He is a former teacher and have vast experience in Training & Development as well as Community Participation.
He worked as a Training Manager in both the NGO and private sector.
He is a training fully fledged Training and Development Practitioner as he is a Skills Development Facilitator, assessor, moderator, material designer and a verifier.
He is also a passionate Social Facilitator.
Bellah Legodi
Training Administrator
Bellah is a graduate with a Bcom Human Resource Management, highly self-motivated and hardworking with 4 years working experience in different industries, sales, HR administration, training and development.
Her exposure to the different industries has enabled her to adapt easily, implement versatility and proficiency in managing multiple.
She describes herself as a person who aims for synergy in teamwork, diligent individual with exceptional work ethics efficient and systematic worker with consistent adherence to guidelines and set objectives and she is a good communicator at all levels. She is committed team player who finds no problems with a bit of individual brilliance when the need presents itself.
Vuyokazi Gcwini
HR/Training Consultant
Vuyokazi is a young experienced town planner and training consultant , who is ambitious and passionate about town planning. She is a passionate individual with an eagerness to grow and share her knowledge with others.
As an HR and Training consultant, she ensures that the company is effectively using its personnel to achieve its stated goals while also ensuring that the workforce is operating at a high level of productivity and efficiency.
She is determined to experience life to its fullest and uses every opportunity to experience new places with her friends. Lastly, she is an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with a passion for new challenges and adventures.
